Personal learning goals Personal learning goals and self-competence level indication Most of time, I focus more on turning ideas and plans into practical actions. In the end of ACT project, hope I can be able to reach level 5. At present, I’d like to indicate the rest of my levels of competence as level 2. Am sometimes open to receive feedback during feedback sessions, but most of the time I regard it as a necessity to complete ACT. Have on ideas about how to improve myself and overcome those pitfalls. I feel confused about designing a plan to actually do something with the received feedback. In the end of ACT, I want to be more pro-active, more open to the new idea and more flexible to changing plan, finally reach level 4.

I welcome feedbacks from my teammates, commissioner and coach, and after that can quickly adjust and improve my performance regarding to the feedback they gave me. I can tune this anxiety into my inner voice that lets me know if changes need to be made, precautions taken, or potential problems avoided. Meanwhile I enjoy the sense of achievement and satisfaction brought by work.

Level 5 In most Cases, I don’t stress over the future. Can focus on spending more time and attention in the present moment. And can start moving and taking action to start solving or improving whatever I am concerned about, and I don’t let fear get in the way of doing things.
